"... Dr. Koetting supported, as a member of the program management team, the strategic planning and controlling of one of the currently largest IT programs at Deutsche Post (DPAG).

He identified substantial cost savings for the DPAG and initiated their realization. Style and form of his management has been exemplary for the complete program.

The quality of his work accomplishments has been acknowledged in writing by Deutsche Posts board of directors. In the area of Systems Engineering, he developed the basis of the system architecture, together with the Chief Engineer of the program.
